School Teacher (Science)  -2 years, Al -Moattasem International School ,Jubail, Dammam. (2021-2023)

Apart from teaching the subject using ICT methods my job roles included preparing Excel sheets, Presentations for school,Drafting event reports, organising events like Science Fair (recieved special mention from the management) , Co-curricular activities for students ,inter-personal communication with parents and management.

INTERNSHIPS/PROJECTS

PR Intern -Rajagiri Hospital ,Kochi (March 2020) –  Tasks undertaken includes conducting a local camp on breast cancer awareness, content creation for Department brochures, Interpersonal Communication with doctors, ambulance staffs, security staffs etc.

Teacher Intern – Jama-ath Higher Secondary School , Kochi (January 2018)– Performed the role of an English teacher and prepared students for their annual day dance.

Journalism Intern – Media One Channel , Cochin Bureau (December 2017)- Teamwork skill, interpersonal skills , critical and analytical skills, news writing, data collection etc were put into use. Journalism field work that includes regular press meets in Ernakulam Press Club,Kochi Darbar Hall Exhibition, Movie promotion interviews with celebrities , locally celebrated festivals and gatherings, protests marches , Ernakulam Highcourt verdicts were a few of the news  which I could assist in covering.

E-RACE (Responsibly Act to Change the Environment) CAMPAIGN

For PR Department of Stella Maris College,aiming at E-waste
Management intra and inter college plus community level , interacting with more than five hundred students in Chennai.  The campaign was in partnership with Virogreen India Pvt. Ltd who is a certified E-wasterecycler. The Chief Guest for the campaign inauguration was celebrated playback singer Shweta Mohan who is also an alumna of the college. She was joined by Mr. Raj Mohan from Greenpeace India who was the Key Note Speaker. The Guest of Honour of the event
was Mr. Navin from Virogreen India Pvt. Ltd.     

Community Outreach Program with Toda Tribe -Ooty

After days of preperation which includes a street theatre workshop, folk dance session , working on scripts the program was basically designed to spread awareness regarding menstrual hygiene and the use of sanitary pad aimed at a community school in the Toda Tribes of Ooty. Staying sensitive to their culture and effectively communicating and coordinating the whole event was a wholesome experience.

Volunteer Content Creator for Khadeeja Mariyam Foundation

Brainstormed for the name and tagline of the foundation which is focused on women empowerment and inclusivity .Wrote an instagram article post for the same.

Magazine Editor -PR Department

Content planning and strategy by developing an editorial calender and guidelines, content oversight ,assessment ,content filtering and proof-reading were the tasks undertaken.
